life so beautiful

LIFE!! Life is beautiful. It should be lived at all costs! we find happiness, laughter, sorrows, tears, heartaches, deep blows, jilts, betrayal, despite all that I find that LIFE is still beautiful.....yes I repeat it is BEAUTIFUL.....

I accept that at some turns of our life we find it difficult to cope with some kind of a situation, and sometimes get so much depressed with life that we say we wish to end this life, what’s the use of being alive.......but after some time we regret having said so and we once again start enjoying this life the way it is!!!.......we then realize that pains and heartaches are for short durations be it tough and killing at the moment it hurts, despite that life is to be lived and enjoyed each minutes, say each second, every lapse of a moment is precious and should be LIVED.....

Ask it with the person who is sick and is to breath out his last breath, he is the better placed to say how wonderful is this life we are living and that dying person how far is longing to be back to life to live it once more.

So friends enjoy life with all that it gives, tears or laughter, accept all and you will find life more beautiful to live it. We human beings have only one life to live, then why not celebrate and enjoy it? All of us are born with valuable gifts to make our lives happy, but we hardly make use of their full potential. If only we realize this, all of us can enjoy life.

Our domain is the present. Let us not allow ourselves to drift into the past, nor should we avoid the realities of the moment by thinking about the future. We know we cannot change the past, but we can ruin the present if we are not careful. So let us not squander the precious little lifetime given to us by feeling sorry for the past that NEVER returns, or worrying about the future that is UNCERTAIN. Let us try to optimize joy in our lives by focusing on the here and now.

Joyful moments can make a lifetime of happiness; their memories can create a heaven on earth. Remember, we have only one chance to live the happy life of a unique human being and nobody gets a second chance!!

THEN WHY NOT CHOOSE TO LIVE A JOYFUL LIFE, AS LONG AS WE LIVE…right?

What is motivation?

What is motivation?

Motivation is the driving force that moves us to pursue a certain goal, or trigger a particular action. It is present in all of life’s functions. Eating is motivated by hunger, reading is motivated by the need for knowledge or entertainment. Motivation can be result of anything from reward to coercion.

There are two main types of motivation: intrinsic and extrinsic.

Intrinsic motivation comes from within oneself. You feel intrinsic motivation when you want to do something for your own personal gain, like pursuing your desires, discovering more about certain things that you find interesting, or the things you see as important in life. Extrinsic motivation when you are required to do something as a result of external factors.

When we take a deeper look at motivation and how it is caused, we see that there are many factors that cause our actions, or provide motivation.

But in most cases it is the promise of the reward that comes with the completion of a certain action that is the key element in staying motivated. For example, people who want to lose weight, it is the reward of having a slim and healthy that motivates, when people are in depth, they are motivated by the desire to take control of their finances.

Whatever your goal or purpose, it cannot be achieved without the proper motivation. And there are many places you can look for motivation and inspiration to help you achieve your goals. When we struggle to achieve our goal, we must always think positive and not easy surrender. I would like to share my feeling and give little suggestion how we can get a better life by using motivation..first we must always happy in whatever we do…(this is one of my method) I always keep in mind that there are many people outside there that are more difficult than me..Did you know what happiness is? Why you happy? When you happy? All these questions are very easy to understand but why still have human not satisfied with what they get? Before we go future..let analyze what is happiness..

“What is happiness?”, what constitutes a better life is something very subjective and something which we have to search within ourselves. We have to connect with our inner selves in order to know what is meant by a better life for us. To some people, better lives can be to achieve great financial successes or happy families. And to others, better lives could be just having food to eat to fight off hunger, clothes to wear to keep themselves warmth and shelters from the sun and rain. To me, happiness directly link to a better life - when I am happy, naturally it is already considered a better life. And that leads to the question of what is happiness? Happiness is to know what we want in life. We might not always know what happiness to us is. Thus we have to constantly ask ourselves what we want in our lives. Know what we want in our lives and happiness will follow...

“It isn’t what you have, or who you are, or where you are, or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about.” – giel

Here are some methods how we can get our happiness and get the happiness as our motivation to move on...

1. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti- depressant.

2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock if you have to.

3. Buy a DVD Recorder and tape your late night shows and get more sleep.

4. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, ‘My purpose is to __________ today.’

5. Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.

6. Play more games and read more books than you did in 2009!

7. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, tai chi, and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives. (Meditation can be a good way to help us to connect to our inner selves.)

8. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.

9. Dream more while you are awake.

“All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.” - T.E. Lawrence

10. Eat more food that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

11. Drink green tea and plenty of water.. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts.

12. Try to make at least three people smile each day.

13. Clear clutters from your house, your car, your desk and let new and flowing energy into your life.

14. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

15. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime. (Realize that challenges are not here in our lives to stop us but to help us grow!)

16. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out credit charge card.

17. Smile and laugh more. It will keep the energy vampires! away.

18. Life isn’t fair, but it’s still good. (I remember a quotation from someone that goes, “Life will sometimes deal us bad cards and we have to learn to play to win.”)

19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. (Hate is a very negative energy. I remembered reading from someone blog last week and she shared this, “I love to love and I hate to hate.” We must always focus on positive energy.)

20. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

21. You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

22. Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present.

23. Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

24. No one is in charge of your happiness except you. (Understand that you and only you are in charge of your life. You may not always be able to choose the situation, but you can choose your reaction to the situation. You have the power to choose.)

25. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: ‘In five years, will this matter?’

26. Forgive everyone for everything.

27. What other people think of you is none of your business.

“I will not let what others say about me affect me as long as I know it is not the truth.” - Abraham Lincoln

28. GOD heals almost everything.

29. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

30. Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

31. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.

32. Envy is a waste of time! . You already have all you need.

33. The best is yet to come.

34. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

35. Do the right thing!

36. Call your family often.

37. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: I am thankful for __________. Today I accomplished _________.

38. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.

39. Enjoy the ride. Remember this is not Disney World and you certainly don’t want a fast pass. You only have one ride through life so make the most of it and enjoy the ride.

40. Always remember that you are very special created by God...

I sure we have own method how we seek happiness in our daily life...all this happiness will come when we motivate our self to achieve goal, purpose or mission. We can motivate our self from looked other person experience or by our own experiences...all this experience matured we,right?

That all from now and hope we can shared more at the future...

Live your life each day as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance toward the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vantage point. Climb slowly, steadily, enjoying each passing moment; and the view from the summit will serve as a fitting climax for the journey-Gelly Majuri
